Data processing within the scope of collaboration
For a collaboration, we require the following information from you: team and contact details (title and first and last names of contact persons, organization, email addresses, telephone numbers, address), as well as, depending on the project, content information about the product, project idea, mandates, CI/CD, market and market research data, etc. We will process this information to carry out the project. The provision of this data is not required by law, but is necessary for the conclusion of the contract or the successful implementation of the project. If your project involves the production of advertising materials, we may share the necessary data with printers, graphic designers, copywriters, recording studios, and film production companies. The advertising materials will be provided to you. We are entitled to retain samples of the advertising materials for our own advertising purposes (e.g., on our website or for credentials and presentations). The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract). Furthermore, your data will be shared with external consultants in Austria and our tax advisor for controlling and tax purposes. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR (our legitimate interest in successfully running our business, which also includes compliance with tax regulations and forward-looking planning through controlling).

Data processing for marketing purposes
If you have provided us with your data in the course of an inquiry or collaboration, we will also process it to inform you about news related to the project you have requested or implemented, or other news that we believe is in your interest, and we will also send you emails for this purpose.
